Pakistan defeats Australia


The Team Paksitan defeated Australia in a crucial match . earlier Pakistan scored 191 at the end of 20 overs. Umar Akmal scored 94 from just 54 balls to make pakistan a giant total of 191 . Australia chasing a target of 192 was given a excellent start by Finch (65) . Glenn Maxwell scored 74 of just 33 balls to fasten the Australia's chase. But the Maxwell mayhem wasn't enough to ensure their victory . the turning point was the 18th over bowled by Ajmal in which he gave only 1 run and took 2 crucial wickets and made things turn to the favor of Pakistan . This win made Pakistan stay alive in the tournament.

Netherlands knock down Ireland to enter Super 10

Netherlands batsmen hit sixer rains to chase down a target of 190 in just 13.5 overs to enter into the super 10.

India hammers Pakistan by 7 wickets in the T20 opening match



India won the toss and chose to field . The Pakistan batsmen could not face the disciplined bowling attack of India as they lost 4 wickets soon . At a stage they were just 97/4 when Masqood came to the rescue and lead the team to score 130 runs . In Pakistan innings Kamran Akmal scored the highest runs - 33 . India chasing a target of 131 was given a good start by Dhawan and Rohit Sharma as the duo scored a partnership of 54 runs .Yuaraj singh upset the Indian fans by getting out for just 1 rruns . Then virat kohli (36) and Suresh Raina (35) played well and finished things off.

Spinners strike for India : India vs Pakistan match live update

The Indian spinners Amit mishra and Ravindra Jadeja shared two wickets each to clinch the opening wickets of Ahmed Shezad and Mohammed Hafeez . Earlier Kamran akmal lost his wicket in a superb run out by Bhuvaneshwar Kumar . The score of pakistan at the end of 15 overs is 96/3.

Bangladesh enters super 10 despite loss to Hongkong



Yesterday Hongkong faced Bangladesh in its last match at chittagong in which Hongkong registered a 2 wicket win over bangladesh . Hongkong chasing an easy target of just 109 runs was sinkedby the spin attack of shakib al hassan who clinched 3 wickets and Mahmadullah got 2 wickets. The valiant effort of lower order batsman Munir Dar who scored 36 runs of 27 balls guided Nepal to victory. At first Hongkong won the toss and chose to bowl . The bangladesh openers were stunned by Nadeem  Ahmed who took 4 wickets to collapse the wickets of Bangladesh .despite their loss to Hongkong BAngladesh enters the super 10 as they have an edge over Nepal in the net run rate .

Nepal defeats Aghanistan by 9 runs



Nepal took on Afghanistan in its last WC T20 qualifiers match against Afghanistan . Afghanistan won the toss and chose to bowl . Nepal was given a splendid start from opener SP khakurel who scored 56 runs of 53 balls.but soon Nepal fumbled by the spectacular bowling by Shapoor Zadran . Nepal finished with a low total of 141/5. Afghanistan defending a total of 142 lost the wicket of shahzad early. then wickets fell very soon. but a match saving knock by Asgar Stanizkai went in vain as Nepal signed off with a victory . Stanizkai scored 49 of 36 balls .
